 $\Rightarrow \frac{10}{100} \times 200 + \frac{30}{100} \times p = \frac{25}{100} \times (200 + p)$ 
 $\Rightarrow$  2000   +   30 p  =  5000   +   25 p
 $\Rightarrow$  30p  -  25p  =  5000  -  2000
 $\Rightarrow p = \frac{3000}{5}$ 
 $∴$  p  =  600
